About the Opportunity Documentation Administrator Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Documentation Administrator to join our Field Solutions part of the business, reporting into the Document Control Manager. The role will be based at our client’s site. The successful candidate will become part of a respected and ambitious team who offer support to a variety of different projects.

•    Scanning 

•    Updating Data Management system

•    Maintain Project filing 

•    Ad hoc administrative duties

•    Provide support to Document Control Manager and Handover Manager

•    Provide support to project team with regards to document numbering, Revisions and the application of metadata.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Essential Qualifications & Experience Documentation Administrator Job:

•    Positive attitude, adaptable and resilient to change

•    Have excellent organizational skills

•    Self-motivated

•    Have a methodical approach

•    Proficient in MS Office tools

•    Confident in ability to learn computer-based data bases.

•    Security Clearance 

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

•    Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
