In this role, you will:

  • Support moderately complex administrative tasks
  • Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation
  • Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
  • Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
  • Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in legal environment or military experience including calendar management, payroll, travel, report generation, and additional Human Resources functions.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

The Administrative Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple Legal Department team members including attorneys, paralegals, and/or managers as determined and assigned by the Business Execution Associate Manager.  Job duties consist of handling moderately complex to complex assignments as well as the routine day-to-day administrative tasks.
